Abstract
The goals of the NMFS/USGS ridley research in the Florida Big Bend area have been to define patterns of occurrence, relative abundance (vis-a-vis other sea turtle species), growth rate, sex ratio, size frequency distribution, habitat use, and movement. To better understand how Kemp's ridleys utilize benthic habitats we have also begun examining their prey selection and preference during FY 98. (Document has 15 pages.)
