Abstract
The Final National Workshop was held from 30-31 October 2006 in Islamabad, Pakistan, with the objectives to: Review the final outcomes of the Technical Cooperation Project (TCP) Review the proposed institutional arrangements for overseeing and implementing the policy and strategy Discuss and incorporate inputs to the draft PC1 Identify further action to implement the policy and strategy.
